As we are getting geared up for Thanksgiving we wanted to offer a turkey class where people can get their hands dirty, play with some new techniques and practice for the big day. We will take a look at the whole bird and then break it down into its individual parts. We will prepare and cook each part in a variety of ways to maximize flavor in both in preparation and presentation. We will utilize modern and classic cooking techniques to get the most out of our bird and a few select sides. We will conclude the workshop around the table with Thanksgiving meatballs discussing the best applications of these techniques for your personal turkey day. The workshop is six hours long and runs from 10 am to 4 pm. The cost is $250 per person. We have room for 10 participants per workshop. To make a reservation, follow the link below and specify which or both workshop and the number of participants along with the appropriate dollar amount. The workshop will take place in our space in Levittown, PA. The nearest SEPTA station is Woodbourne Station on the West Trenton line. Once your reservation is received we will email you the address. Pasta Workshop

For this class we will make 6 different pastas. Some will be hand rolled and others will employ our pasta extruder. We will work with a variety of flours and flavors to showcase seasonality, creativity and functionality. Pasta is one of our favorite foods. It's a relatively inexpensive way to make a meal festive and flavorful. We will make different sauces to accompany the noodles and will sit down for a sampling of the finished dishes. This is the kind of class where everyone gets their hands in the flour. The workshop is six hours long and runs from 10 am to 4 pm. The cost is $250 per person.
