Coconut, Chocolate Chunk, and Walnut Cookies

The kids had their last swimming lesson for the summer recently and we decided to bake some cookies as a thank you to their beloved swimming instructor. We found out she LOVES walnuts and coconut as well as being a big fan of chocolate so we combined all of those ingredients together and made her a big batch of cookies. We used chocolate chunks instead of chips to make them extra decadent and
