Italian Pizza Posted: 09 Aug 2011 07:54 AM PDT What You Need 1 individual store-bought pizza crust 1 plum tomato, seeded and roughly chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh basil, roughly chopped Salt and pepper 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) Canadian Provolone, grated 1 1⁄2 oz (45 g) fresh Canadian Mozzarella, sliced 2 tbsp (30 ml) shaves of Canadian Parmesan Instructions Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
