| Caprese Baked Eggs AND a Giveaway Posted: 04 Aug 2011 05:37 PM PDT This is my new favorite breakfast. I know I say that a lot, but I really, really, mean it this time. This is a quick and simple recipe to prepare and it tasted so delicious! I loved the flavor of the basil with the cooked tomatoes and the over easy egg.
