Basil Marinated Chicken Thighs

I was looking for a simple marinade for chicken thighs that used fresh basil (since I have loads of it). I found this recipe on the Food Network that looked easy and delicious. I let the meat marinate for 6 hours but longer would be even better. This marinade gave the chicken such a wonderful flavor that my entire family loved. A simple, tasty, and easy dish - perfect for a busy weeknight!Basil
