My dear friend's stepson graduated from high school last spring. For his present I gave him a coupon good for a few care packages sent throughout his first year of college. I recently sent him his first care package filled with magazines, snacks, and these cookies. He loves chocolate and coconut so I decided to combine white chocolate chips, semi sweet chocolate chunks, and shredded coconut
