| Corn on the Cob with Basil Garlic Butter Posted: 06 Sep 2011 08:19 PM PDT My awesome and generous neighbor Jack gave me some freshly picked corn from his garden and I couldn't wait to eat it! I have a ton of fresh basil that needed to be used up so I decided to make a basil garlic butter to spread over the deliciously sweet corn.
