Homemade Garlic and Herb Croutons

I had a leftover baguette that was going stale so I decided to chop it up and turn it into croutons. I seasoned them with basil olive oil, garlic, parsley, sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. They tasted so good my kids couldn't stop eating them. I made a batch of French Onion soup for dinner and I served the croutons on top with some cheese - they were fantastic! I'll be using the remaining
